SKILL: STATIC HANDSTAND HOLDS/ALTERNATING TOUCHES

 

Beginner athletes work static handstand holds against wall. Advanced athletes work on releasing one hand and touching opposite shoulder.

 

CONDITIONING:

 

Row 750 Meters

20 Chest to bar pullups

10 Handstand Pushups

Row 500 Meters

15 Chest to bar pullups

8 Handstand Pushups

Row 250 Meters

10 Chest to bar pullups

6 Handstand Pushups

  6. Thank you everyone for getting me through the 4th day of OnRamp at the 6:00pm class. Couldn’t had done it without all the support. Burpee’s really are horrible.

    I believe the my WOD for the day was just under 10 minutes. Eric correct me if this was incorrect

    5 sets of 7

    Medicene Ball squat
    Pull ups
    Burpees

    One more on ramp class on Sunday.
