SKILL: STATIC HANDSTAND HOLDS/ALTERNATING TOUCHES
Beginner athletes work static handstand holds against wall. Advanced athletes work on releasing one hand and touching opposite shoulder.
CONDITIONING:

20 Chest to bar pullups
10 Handstand Pushups
Row 500 Meters
15 Chest to bar pullups
8 Handstand Pushups

Thank you everyone for getting me through the 4th day of OnRamp at the 6:00pm class. Couldn’t had done it without all the support. Burpee’s really are horrible.
I believe the my WOD for the day was just under 10 minutes. Eric correct me if this was incorrect
