NEW ATHLETE: SHAUNESSEY !
Hey Yall ! Please welcome our newest athlete just out of ONRAMP, SHAUNESSEY ! She is an awesome addition to the BBCF family and brings along with her a great positive attitude ! Shaunessey did great through the onramp sessions and showed a ton of potential ! Please make sure to introduce yourselves when you see her in the BOX ! BOOM !

May 1st we will begin 2 new challenges ! You may choose from either the “WHOLE 30″ or the “21 day sugar detox.” If you are interested in jump starting your summer, please consider getting in on this challenge. Go ahead and drop a comment if you’re in on this and we will get more info very soon !
We have PDF’s of both the “21 day sugar detox” and the “Whole 30″, so people that are taking on this challenge will have the information in hand ! NOW, if you have already done the whole 30 challenge and you are already following a Paleo Lifestyle, then go ahead and get in on the “21 day sugar DETOX”. If you have just started with us and need a jump start into the Paleo Lifestyle, then lets get you going on the WHOLE 30 ! the WHOLE 30 will CHANGE YOUR LIFE !

Can I get info on both the Whole 30 and the 21 day Sugar detox? I pretty much eat all Paleo (just a couple of small exceptions) but I’ve never done the Whole 30. I want to read over both and see which one seems best for me at this point to get me in Wedding Dress shape
