SUPPORT YO BOX ! **UPCOMING TINGZ** 7/19/2012

YO! How’s everyone doing today? I hope ya’ll are having a great day and are keepin it movin’ outside of the box.. Wanted to remind everyone that this weekend we have 2 teams competing in the California Affiliate League at CF Temecula South, down in wine country Temecula.. The competition begins at 9am and runs all day.. The teams will be throwing down 3 workouts in a competition setting against other southern california Crossfit Affiliates ! Come out and show some love to your people that represent you and the boombox as they step into the Darkzone ! As we always say, the more support we have the better and what better than this competition being local right in our own backyard !

Also, Aug 4 we will be down in Encinitas at CF COUNTER CULTURE throwing down the FESTIVUS games ! An individual crossfit competition happening all accross the USA ! Come down and rock your BBCF T’s or BOOMBOX BLUE ! Your fellow athletes need your support !!!!!

Aug 19, MOONLIGHT BEACH WOD/BEACH VOLLEYBALL ! Reggae band shoreline Rootz will be performing live on the beach for FREE ! ** this is a BBCF takeover EVENT ** BBQ and FUN !

  5. Okay after yesterday and recent shoulder problem. My flexibility was not there. I did smash my Amanda but I believe last time I was doing squat snatches. I think!

    That wod took lots of patience! So proud of everyone’ efforts. It’d be cool to do full snatches more often. Many/most of us really could use the practice.

  9. I can’t remember my time… But I do know I was deff not looking at the clock! I did 3 mu the first round, finished it with pullups and dips, I did two mu the second round, finished with PU & RD, last round, 1 muscle up and finished with PU&RD, snatch at 75#. Wish I would have went heavier!

    Great job everyone! I agree with Danielle, you had to be patient with this one.
