****** B day shoutout to our very own BBCF OG, Sarah Garcia ! I remember when Sarah first started, let me tell you, she has came 360 degrees! Dropping double digits and Body weight and now living a lifestyle of wellness ! I cant find the words to say how proud i am to be her coach and see such fantastic results so far. Sarah, as you know, works so hard day in and day out when she comes into the box. She has even been able to lead by example to her kids. Such a  pleasure to have her as a part of our community. I know the future will continue to open up for her and she will continue to make positive steps to overall wellness ! PLEASE JOIN ME IN WISHIN SARAH A HAPPY B DAY *******

  7. This was day two this week of WODing at the peek of the heat. Everything is to be expected. But one thing that makes it hard, IT LITERALLY FEELS LIKE YOU CAN’T BREATH.

  13. My form completely sux! I just wanna tell coach Danielle and Eric sorry for not being able to listen to what they r telling me. It’s all mental in my head. It’s getting frustrating. You’ll see me working harder to get this form down. Even if I do lighter weight just so I can get the movement down.

    • Awww, Mike, don’t be so hard on yourself. I bet you’ll have it down sooner than you think. Sometimes the body won’t easily do what you want it to. Like me trying to do butterfly pull ups today!

You have came such a long way in just a few months… Olympic lifting takes time and even when u think you have it down, you aleays have to continue to practice… No one “perfects” it… Be patient. Its good to see that you understand mechanics come before intensity.. You may have what seems to be a long way, but we will be right by your side! Keep at it !

  18. I did 85 in set and 65 in wod! It was tougher than it looked for sure! But I went up lots of weight this round!!!
