  22. My hollow rocks are so pathetic. I still can’t do them but I was better than last time. Last time I couldn’t even get my legs off the floor so I’m happy with a little progress. :-)

    I did my L-sits like sitting on a chair between to boxes. 1- :40, 2- :60

    Wod was a killer!!!
    Power cleans #40 ( My arms were dead from the “L-sit”)
    I did “knee tucks?” on the bar for the first time. Normally I do ab mat sit ups.
