  9. Finally back from a week off not by choice but i had strep throat. So fully healed and back.

    I could have went way harder on my dead lift weight but not doing a WOD like this before and didnt know how fatigued i was going to be by the end i felt like i could have done way more but overall a good day back cant wait till tomorrow.
