    #65 PC & did regular lunges instead of jumping ones. Great job Jill!!!

  2. Every once in a while there is a WOD that seriously tests my will. This was one of them.

    Complex = 125

    WOD 8 rds, 5 power cleans

    Jumping lunge
    Push up with a slight roll-up

    Had trouble with everything after this one – doing my hair, getting dressed, driving, I didn’t even wear a tie because it was going to take too much out of me – arms are toast.
