Advanced: Superset with 8-10 strict pull ups (Advanced females 4-6 strict pull ups)

Rest 3:00 between sets

Conditioning

  22. 3:33 which I believe is a 10 sec PR on my row! But only got 47 Burpees. I left it all out there though. I had nothing left after that one! Great job everyone

    My thighs were sooo sore after the wod! I’m pretty sure I’d rather do burpees than row.
