Advanced:

15:00 bar muscle up practice

Beginner:

15:00 kipping practice / kipping pull up practice

Conditioning

A. 2:00 Max Effort bar muscle ups*

No rest, then;

B. 3 rounds for time of:

15 KB swings 70/53
45 double unders

Rest 1:00 then;

C. 1:00 Max Effort bar muscle ups*

*Beginners sub kipping pull ups / C2B pull ups
