Ohhh I missed the barbell!!
Strength at 35#, THANK YOU Eric for working on technique with me! Slowly, but surely I will get there!
Wod: 4 rounds even 35#
Semi solo sesh at 7am as Matt was prepping for batb, but thanks for rooting me on!

Strength- just the training barbell. 15#
Conditioning – training barbell plus an extra #10 3 rounds and 8 burpees. I tried to push for a full 4 but I just missed it.

WOD: 4 + 4 OHS 65#
Had fun watching and coaching the snatches tonight! You all worked hard. Lots to be proud of!
Strength 10×1 @95 Snatch. WOD #75 4 rounds plus 2 power snatches. Great job 5 pm. All I remember is hearing the ladies in the class talking about strippers and snatches.
