Roll With boomBOX CrossFit 1/21/13
It was evident that BBCF was in the house at this past weekends Battle at the Barracks ! My guess would be that we were about 60 deep. It’s a beautiful thing to see, especialy considering that we not only supporting our athletes but every athlete in attendance ! Our community is badass, PERIOD ! I’m super proud of it ! Continue to rock the 3 C’s : Commitment, Community and Camaraderie !
Oh, we also managed to represent well in the standings with SEVERAL top 10 performances and 2 Podium finishes! 3 levels of competition with 178 entries ! We had a number of first time competitors who represented our box well with GREAT MECHANICS and even better sportsmanship !! Not too shabby ya’ll ! I think it shows a bright future for our box. Let’s continue to support and motivate eachother, follow the program and train smart !
