Come support our team as we team up with the our badass friends from Beachside Crossfit, Jay and MEE from MEE eat paleo ! Aaron and Mel will be reppin bBCF in this elite arena of straight badasses !!!!!

Barbell Training

Beginner/Advanced:

7×2 power clean AHAP EMOM

Then;

Beginner/Advanced:

5×2 front squat for SPEED out of the hole; Rest 2:00 between sets.

*2-second pause at bottom of first rep for advanced athletes.

Conditioning
