    1st 4 rounds were t2b then switched to k2e. Worked on my kipping t2b but couldn’t quite get there. Soon hopefully.

      • Aaron, thanks homie!! :) I stopped doing toes to bars tho because they were killing me! I resorted to knees to elbows so I didn’t have to hang on that damn bar for so long… and after this, I was much faster from this point on… haha.

    Def not what i wanted but for how much my back hurt ill take it. Prob shouldnt have done high rep deadlifts yesterday. Hamstrings n Back were UBER TIGHT! I believe i should have been able to get 1-2 more rounds. Great job 6pm class. Thanks for comin out tonight Jay Mendoza! Always a good time.
