    Mile run timed- 11:30. Totally stoked ta. Yesterday morning and did 12:02 shaved :32 seconds off what!!!! Good job to everyone at the 5&6!!!

  26. Well I really really wanted to do this wod and I didn’t want to do it at home cause I thought I would move like molasses if I did it at home. So I decided to drop in for the wod 5 mins before they started… Prob wasn’t wise cause I don’t think I was warmed up and I wasn’t even near RXing that one. LOL.. Thanks Ray and Danielle for changing my weights to 95#.

    Needless to say the damn T2Bs got me again. But that’s why I waned to do it today. To face my weakness! Once again, I no repped about 8 times in my last rep.

    Box jumps were hella fun though.
