Instead of working on toes to bar, I worked on finally getting my butterfly pull up. I was inspired by April last week! And, I am happy to report that I can do about 5 before I lose it. But I’m pretty stoked anyway.
And I did yesterday’s wod instead of today’s because my palm was starting to tear so there was no way I was going to be able to do toes to bar.
