20:00 to establish a 2RM power snatch
A. 5 rounds of a 1:30 clock:
200 meter row
Then in remaining time AMRAP power snatch 115/75
*Rest 1:30 b/w rounds
3 TnG deadlifts + 20 UB double unders
*Deadlift weight is athlete’s choice.
7PM Speed and Endurance
10-15min of Run Technique Skill & Drills
(4min rest between each)
Weekend Group Run:
This weekend our group run will be 7.2 miles. I have a route i will post in the group.
